Mujhe yaad hai bahat din pehle main aur pramod sir office ke bahar baith ke jab baein kar rahe the tab mujhe unhone kaha ke money plant lagane se paisa badhte hain aur main use sach man bhi lia. Phir mujhe ameer ban ne se kaun rok ta to maine turant hi apni nazar daudai aur aas pados main lsge hue sare paidho me se money plant dhundne laga. Peeche se Pramod sir ne phir kaha yaar aise nahiin hota money plant churana padta hai to ek minit ko main ruk gaya par kisko dhanwan ban na manzoor nahiin aur waise bhi ek paidha hi to gayab karna tha to maine aao dekha na taao apne building pe hi lage hue paudho pe hi haath saaf ki. Dosre hi din ek badiya si container lia gaya aur mere desk pe sajaya gaya… par mujhe aaj bhi shak hai ke mere bank balance pe kuch khas farak pada hai ya nahin( par paudha ab bhi tandroost hai).

Reforms in the Educational industry & the other side to monetize the Market..

In a landmark decision in the educational industry the union minister for Human resource Development has given a nod to all the international universities to open campuses in India and hence opened up the gate for all the biggies in the educational institutes across the world to peep into the huge market in India. To call it a land mark decision I would not agree to what the minister has done is right. Because the Indian education industry is a much big market wherein the foreign players will definitely look at. But there is a question” is the foreign degree provided by the foreign university will keep the same value, if the same is obtained in India”. I personally would not agree to the fact. i remember my batch mates in MBA were looking for a degree from the Massachusetts or Harvard or Oxford but it was quite a tough task to get that. But people were doing that and there was a feeling of achievement and accomplishment after doing that degree. But once the decision is rolled out then my friends who have done a degree from an European or Australian university would definitely be little frustrated. But yes the degree from the top most colleges like the Harvard/Oxford will have their own repute & people in all age would strive to get that world-class education whether their campus is in India or anywhere else. My question again; will any institute of that kind will be coming to India ? is there any criteria set for the universities to come into India or any other University in Libya or Ghana which my ancestors had no idea can come to teach us ? I am sure that the minister has no answer to that the except ” the cabinet committee is reviewing the final memorandum before it is explored.” Being under the WTO we cannot deny any university to open campus & run courses and hence can loose control of the private and anonymous universities to play with the future of our students. I would request the minister to get strict standards set so that good universities/Institutes can come to India to deliver world-class education. Secondly can we again strengthen our own educational system or existing Good universities at every state level to compete with the foreign players. If no then this step by the government is like a lethal weapon against our own education system. When we are diminishing the number of Deemed universities to keep private players out of the scene then how can you leave the platform all set for the foreign players to explore. If the Indian Economy is growing by 10-12% every FY then why cant we spend 4-6% of our GDP in strengthening our Education system which a developing country like ours must afford to fill up the requirement of skilled manpower which we foresee 10 years down the line ? Look at China who is investing nearly 6% of its GDP in education system for the last 8-10 years and as a result of which the foreign students’ number has substantially increased in number because of the uprising standard of education. Now its time to strengthen our existing education system, empower the IIT’s,IIM’s & other that level institutes, Open up new institutes of that repute and finally setting standards for all the foreign player in the industry to secure the future tutors else people will come, collect huge amounts in the name of any other university in Europe or somewhere else leaving us nowhere.

there are many a things in life that don’t need any explanation and you too dot feel the way to ask the same reasons as well and i am sure you will agree to my words here. things like why people care for you so much and why you become so loyal to people and at times with few material things…these days i am too experiencing the same and i really fall in a decision where to go with the questions. Even people too in reply want the same from you as well and after all my introspection and many analysis what I find is an answer to this questions.My answer to all this unquestioned things the answer is “human is a social animal unlike other living things.” to personalize this post ” i am missing my things,my people and my days…

These days I have been unfair to this blog and my few readers… there could have been many reasons for that but i would humbly say my job was my priority every-time and i don’t want my work is suffered in anyway…it was the client audit and my always standing recruitment which denied me to do anything else.but i must say all these time when i spent in working was too working and productive too. i must tell you people that i have realized that if you determine to do something the obstacles fear you and you excel in it. There have been many developments across me and i see many positive changes which is a good sign. Many a times i find myself as what my work, my job is.. but in that way i find that the me in me is vanishing in me day by day.It was some sunday where an article in the times of India made me introspect. And i must say in one or the other way we are really missing the real talent in our-self except the one which earns us bread…
I used to sing a lot in bathroom,in my one room rented home & many a places where people used to put cotton in their ears to avoid me,but now if i look back for many months i have never sunga song of my choice and have lost all sur & taal. According people who sit in my cubical , i am a good singer and i share a good taste of music with my team leader and there are many moments when we sing the some song while we are on job. It has been a mantra for me that i murmur during my work to make it a happening and have suceeded every-time to overcome stress.
I used to be a good cook but i dont get time to experiment my taste buds.but i am determined to be a good cook atleast for my wife.And there are many things which i think i have forgotten or ket away from practice and that wer things i used to enjoy and matterialize my time.Being into somewhat literature and art lover, i used to do many good things in day to day life which in period of time but these are being reduced in comparision to other things. This can directly or indirectly impact work & personal life as well as it decided your mood ad the kind of attitude you build while approaching your work. I feel restless when i am asked to sit quietly and work in a way which is restricted to strict official guidelines and regulations. but when its an environment to express my ideas and my creativity at work i find good results out of my efforts. And i think definitely everybody needs his space at work to deliver the desired result.This is my prospective to look work life balance.But every-time this can not work for everybody as people and persons are all a different entities. but it surely impacts the work life balance…Being in hr i have this strong desire to make work place a more happening one rather than all desks & tables with pcs & demanding results.I hope you will come by me…

बहत दिनों से कुछ लिखने को कलम तरस रहा था तो आज ये पोस्ट लिख दिया. वैसे तो मे अपने हाथो से कागज़ पे लिखना पसंद करता हूँ मगर आज के internet और gprs के ज़माने मे अगर मे कागज़ पे लिखने बैठूं तो मेरे हस्ताक्श्यर तो अछे हो जायेंगे मगर इससे बहूत कुछ बर्बाद हो जाता ….जैसे की मेरा समय , मेरे कलम के स्याही और कुछ पन्ने कागज़ के और सबसे महत्वपूरण लोगों का मेरे प्रति प्यार॥ इस लिए मैंने भी कागज़ कलम छोड़ के बोर्ड चुन लिया.वैसे तो मेरे दिल मे कुछ रुकता नहीं। कोई कहता है के मुझे लोग बहूत पसंद करते हैं पर इसके जवाब मे मे जब अपने आप को लोगों के नज़रिए से देखूं तो उनका ये मनतब्य कुछ खोकला लगता है। मुझे इससे कुछ फरक तो कभी पड़ा नहीं और नाम हे पड़ेगा क्यूँ की मेरा मन यह है की अगर मे ठीक काम करो रहा हूँ तो दुनिया को जवाब दे सकता हूँ और ये मेरा अपना दर्शन शास्त्र है। मगर हाँ कुछ ऐसे घटनाएँ घटी है जो मुझे बिचलित करती है और मे मजबूरन एक अंतर्द्वंद मे जुट हूँ। ये मेरा भ्रम भी हो सकता है मगर मे किसी प्रकार के संदेह मे अपने आप को गुमराह नहीं करना चाहता। इसलिए हमेशा मे अपने आप को सवाल करता रहता हूँ के क्या मे सही करो रहा हूँ और इसका जवाब “ना” मे नहीं मिला मुझे। कभी कभी आम ज़िन्दगी के समस्याएँ मुझे बिचलित करती हैं और मुझे बार बार एक सवाल पूछती है के बेटा जीतू, मानब संसाधन अधिकारी, तू अपने आप को समझ पाया है , तू अपने रास्ते सही से चल पाया है ? तो मे थोडा परेशां हो जाता हूँ और एक शरारत भरी हंसी के साथ जवाब देता हूँ “अल्लाह मालिक” और “इन-सा-अल्लाह सब ठीक हो जायेगा और आगे बढ़ जाता हूँ. क्या सोचते होंगे लोग मेरे बारे मे ….I don’t care पर मे खुस रहता हूँ. मेरे दोस्त भी कहते हैं की तू हमेशा खुस कैसे रह सकता है जबकि तेरे ज़िन्दगी मे भी हज़ार समस्याएं है तो इनका जवाब मेरी एक हलकी सी हँसी देती है। और मे हस देता हूँ इसलिए के मुझे भी नहीं पता मे इतना खुस कैसे रहता हूँ। खैर कोई बात नहीं

दुनिया मे गम और भी है ग़ालिब
मे हस के उदा दूँ ऐसे (गम) ढेर है मेरे झोली मे ….

Now its time for a change and the transition needs a greater focus to make life more complicated. Many things need to be changed , need to be managed and i am at a condition wherein i am loosing my concentration. And when i loose concentration it may be because of few things like either my work is not aimed towards the right direction and ultimately making me frustrated or people around me are not reacting properly. But i hope things are in shape and being as natural or somewhat in line and i am not at all frustrated now & never i would be. iI am just keeping my cool and expecting things to settle down smoothly. There could be temporary distress that is making me restless but i am sure if right efforts are put then results are there for sure.the same is happening to me as well. i am just trying to make optimum utilization of the resources. There are many things running in my mind and i am little busy in placing them at the right place. I am sure things will be normal very soon.
